The electromagnetic coil is an indispensable component of the electromagnetic valve. Different electromagnetic valves need to be matched in different application scenarios, so the coil also needs to be replaced.
Usually, the types of electromagnetic valve coils are: thermoplastic coils, thermosetting coils, explosion-proof coils, and waterproof coils.
Thermoplastic coils: Thermoplastic coils are relatively common in electrical engineering. Their use not only enhances the performance and safety of electrical engineering, but also reduces the cost expenditure during use. Thermoplastic electromagnetic coils are mainly used to detect changes in electromagnetic fields and environmental noise, so as to carry out data acquisition, control and communication. The material has good weather resistance and toughness, and also has a certain resistance to high temperature.

Thermosetting coils: Both thermosetting coils and thermoplastic coils are plastic-sealed electromagnetic coils. They are materials with high temperature resistance and waterproof preference, and have relatively good resistance to high pressure. They shrink less during injection molding and have a relatively flat appearance.

Explosion-proof coils: Usually explosion-proof coils are devices that prevent electrical equipment from causing fire or explosion hazards. Certain damping measures are added when the coil is made. When the current passes through the coil, the damping disappears, thereby avoiding the generation of sparks, arcs and high temperatures, and ensuring the safety performance of the product.Generally suitable for underground coal mines and other environments with explosive gases. The medium temperature should not exceed 60°C, and the exposed temperature of the valve body should not exceed 130°C.

Waterproof coil: Waterproof coils are generally used in outdoor scenes. Our ordinary electromagnetic coils are already equipped with IP65 waterproof, which can completely prevent the entry of dust, can be washed by water, can be rained on, and will not affect the use of the product, but it is not allowed to be placed in water. The waterproof level of IP67 and IP68 will be higher. IP67 can work for 30 minutes at a depth of 0.5m, while IP68 can last for 1 hour in 1.5m water, but it should be noted that it cannot be corrosive liquid.

When choosing a solenoid valve, you should not only know the basic information of the product, but also have an understanding of the application scenario of the product, so that you can choose a suitable solenoid valve to avoid losses.
