Under normal circumstances, some problems will occur when using solenoid valves. In addition to quality problems and damage caused by improper operation, the noise of solenoid valves has always been a headache.
The following factors will cause solenoid valve noise:
1. When the solenoid valve is activated, the electromagnetic force will cause components such as the valve core or valve cover to produce shock and vibration during movement. These vibrations will be converted into sound fluctuations, thereby producing noise.
2. Damage or aging of product parts. When the internal parts are worn and aged, the product will operate unstable and make relatively loud noises.
3. Improper installation. Noise will also occur when the solenoid valve is installed improperly and in the wrong position. For example, if the pipe and valve are not tightly connected or connected to a surface with high vibration, noise will occur.
4. Impurity problem. When the product is running, external impurities, such as dust, oil, etc., enter the product, causing noise in the product and even damage to the solenoid valve.
5. Some solenoid valves need to be lubricated. If there is a lack of lubrication for a long time, the friction of the parts during the operation of the product will make relatively loud noises.
There are many ways to deal with noise:
1. When choosing a solenoid valve, you can choose low-noise products.
2. If the noise is caused by the aging of product parts, it depends on the situation. If the entire solenoid valve is worn out and cannot be used, then it must be replaced with a brand new product. If only some parts are worn out, only the parts can be replaced.
3. Noise often spreads in the pipeline system, so reasonable pipeline design is crucial to noise control. Measures such as reducing pipe bends, limiting fluid velocities, and adding sound-absorbing materials (e.g., hoses, rubber bushings) can reduce the generation and spread of noise.
4. Regularly cleaning the impurities in the solenoid valve can reduce the noise caused by impurities.
5. Regularly check solenoid valve products that require lubrication to prevent noise and damage caused by excessive friction. 6. You can also choose a muffler. Installing a muffler on the inlet and outlet pipes of the solenoid valve can effectively reduce the noise. Mufflers reduce noise levels by designing special structures and materials to absorb and dampen noise fluctuations.
