The name given as solenoid valve to the electromagnetic valve used to control fluids such as water, air, steam, gas etc. The bobbin is supplied with electrical power so that the piston in the valve can move.
A steam valve, is a type of valve used to control the flow of steam from the source, e.g the boiler to the point of use, steam valves are also used to control the pressure of the steam. Steam valves control the pressure level and flow rate of steam and heated water.

Solenoid valves bring increased performance, safety and reliability to several pieces of equipment in your kitchen, including pessure fryers, dishwashers, steamers, coffee machines and more. These special kinds of valves allow for greater throughput and high flows. Shop solenoid valves from manufacturers like Jery.

In our daily life, there are two types of steam: saturated steam and superheated steam.

1. Saturated steam: the temperature and pressure are relatively stable, the temperature is lower than 200 degrees Celsius and the working pressure is below 1.6Mpa.

2. Superheated steam: the change in temperature and pressure is relatively big, the temperature can be as high as 400 degrees Celsius, the working pressure is lower than 4.0Mpa.

For saturated steam, the usually soft-sealing steam solenoid valve will be used.
