Last week, we participated in the 9th China (Mexico) Trade Fair in 2024. The exhibition was held in Mexico City from September 17 to 19. It was carried out in the form of "1+N", that is, "8 major theme professional exhibitions form 1 China Overseas Brand Joint Exhibition". The number of exhibitors is expected to reach 14,000+.

For this exhibition, we started looking for exhibitors 2 months in advance, contacted customers through various channels, and produced exhibition invitations, product brochures and even some coupons and small gifts so that customers can participate in our exhibition. After receiving the customer's reply, we can send our product catalog in advance so that customers can understand our products in advance when they meet at the exhibition, and the conversation is more convenient.

At this exhibition, our booth is larger than before, so our layout has become more eye-catching and luxurious. We brought a lot of high-quality samples, and also brought canvas bags with logo patterns that are deeply loved by foreign customers. We provide sample books to every customer who comes to the booth, and leave their contact information, such as business cards, WhatsApp or exhibition QR codes, to facilitate follow-up contact and follow-up. We sold most of the samples at the exhibition this time. I believe that they will be satisfied with the quality of our products after testing or using them, so that there will be orders.

Thanks to our many preparations, this exhibition is also fruitful. We have obtained the contact information of more than 100 customers. Next, we will contact and follow up with customers through various methods obtained, establish closer ties with them, and promote the production of orders.
